Welcome to AI Call (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By downloading, accessing, or using the AI Call mobile application (“App”) and its related services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Overview

AI Call is a mobile application that allows users to make real-time translated phone calls, manage virtual phone numbers, and access AI-powered communication features. Our service may require purchasing credits or subscribing to plans for full functionality.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AI Call. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into this agreement.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features (such as virtual numbers or unlimited call credits) require an auto-renewable subscription.
• Subscription charges will be billed through your Apple ID account.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings at any time.
• No refunds will be provided for the current billing period once a subscription has been purchased.

4. Credit Usage

• Call translation services are charged using in-app credits.
• Credits are consumed on a per-minute or per-feature basis as described within the App.
• Purchased credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Virtual Phone Numbers

• Users may receive one or more virtual numbers under a valid subscription.
• Virtual numbers are leased and do not grant ownership.
• Misuse of phone numbers (e.g., for spam, fraud, or illegal activities) will result in account suspension without refund.

6. Data & Privacy

• We collect certain personal data to provide our services, such as call metadata and usage behavior.
• Audio data (if transcribed) may be temporarily processed for AI features like summaries and translation.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or misleading purposes;
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy or intellectual property;
• Interfere with the normal operation of the App or our infrastructure.

All trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed in the App are the property of AI Call or its licensors. You agree not to copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Call is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or inability to use the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
