Welcome to AI Call: Translate Phone Call, a service provided by TaraAI, LLC (“TaraAI”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our mobile application and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1. Use of the Service
You may use AI Call only if you are 13 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

AI Call enables users to make voice calls with real-time AI-powered translation, AI transcription, summarization, and the option to use virtual phone numbers in supported regions. Some features require a subscription or in-app purchases.

3. Account and Number Usage
You may link your real phone number or purchase virtual numbers through the App. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and agree to use the service only for lawful and non-commercial purposes.

4. Subscriptions and PaymentsAI Call offers auto-renewable subscriptions and pay-as-you-go credits.
By purchasing a subscription or credits:You agree to Apple’s or Google’s in-app purchase terms.Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period.You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.Prices may change. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the new terms.

5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and share your data.By using AI Call, you consent to the uploading of call metadata, transcriptions, and voice input to our servers for the purpose of providing translation and summarization features.

6. User Content
You are responsible for all content and communication you send through the App. You agree not to use the App to transmit harmful, illegal, harassing, or infringing material.We do not store full call audio recordings but may retain anonymized transcripts and summaries for product improvement, only where permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shaling AI Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to AI Call at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our operations.
