Welcome to AI Call (“the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a product of TaraAI LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it as the controller of your information and personal data. This document (the “Policy”) explains the types of information we may collect from you—or that you may provide to us—when you use our website(s), mobile applications, or other related services (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

By installing or using AI Call (including any services available through our App) and by accepting our Terms of Service and this Policy, you agree that your personal information will be handled as described in this Policy. If you do not agree with these policies and practices, you should not use our Services.

We may update or revise this Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting of the updated Policy. We will endeavor to notify you if these changes materially affect your rights or obligations by posting a prominent notice on our App or website, sending a push notification, or using other means. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed.

Note on Third-Party Websites: Our Apps and Services may contain links to third-party websites. Any access to and use of such linked websites is not governed by this Policy but instead by those third-party websites’ own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the information practices of such third-party websites.Introduction  

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and TaraAI LLC (“AI Call,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).By using our website (www.1aicall.com) and our mobile application “AI Call” (the “App”), collectively referred to as the “Services,” you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using our Services.These Terms may be updated periodically, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.“You,” “your,” and “User” refer to any individual or entity who uses the Services. If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

About Our Services

AI Call provides voice communication services that incorporate real-time AI-powered translation, transcription, and summarization. Users can make voice calls using a virtual Second number, connect their own number, and utilize live multilingual interpretation during conversations.

Availability & Subscription

The App is available on the Apple App Store in select regions, including the United States and Canada. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription (“Paid Subscription”). Subscription plans are offered on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis. Payment is processed via Apple In-App Purchases or third-party processors such as Stripe.All subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users are responsible for managing and cancelling their subscriptions via their App Store account. Refunds: All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription or credit packages, except as required by applicable law or platform policy.

Credits and Calling

Calls on AI Call are billed using a credit system. Credits are deducted based on duration, destination, and translation services used. The number of credits used per minute may vary depending on real-time costs and settings.

Virtual Numbers

With an active subscription, users may be assigned a virtual Second phone number (a “Virtual Number”) for use with the App. Virtual Numbers are provided on a temporary, revocable basis and remain the property of AI Call. Upon subscription cancellation or violation of these Terms, your Virtual Number may be reassigned. AI Call does not guarantee availability of specific area codes or number retention.

Consent to Communicate

By using the App to call or message others, you confirm that:You have the recipient’s consent to initiate communication.You have informed them that translation or transcription may occur.You will respect opt-out requests as required by laws such as the TCPA.You are solely responsible for compliance with all communication laws in your jurisdiction.

AI Features

The App includes an AI Assistant that transcribes, summarizes, and assists in conversations using third-party large language models. These models are provided via APIs and are not guaranteed to be error-free. Users should not rely solely on AI output for critical decisions.

Third-Party Services

AI Call depends on third-party services (e.g., VoIP infrastructure, translation APIs, app stores). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of those third-party services.

User Accounts and Data

Users must register with a valid mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device. You agree to receive messages or calls from us related to service use and authentication.AI Call may collect and process information including but not limited to:Call metadata, Voice transcripts, User profile details, Phone contacts (if permissions granted).

Access to Contacts

With the user's explicit permission, our app may access and upload contact information from the user's device. This is used solely to enable call-related features, such as quickly initiating calls to known contacts.The contact data is:
- Collected only after the user grants permission
- Transmitted securely using HTTPS
- Stored in encrypted form on our servers
- Never shared with third parties
- Never used for advertising, marketing, or tracking purposesUsers can revoke access to contacts at any time via device settings.For more information, please contact us at support@shaling.ai.

Legal Use & Prohibited Activities

You may not use AI Call:To send spam or bulk messagesFor illegal, fraudulent, or harassing purposesIn violation of any communication law (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM)To impersonate another person or mislead recipientsWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

No Emergency Calling

AI Call is not a replacement for your mobile phone and does not support emergency calls (e.g., 911, 112). Please use your standard phone service for emergencies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Call shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Services.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately in case of violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules.


How to Delete Your Account and Data

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data from AI Call, please contact us via email or follow the instructions below.🔐
How to request account deletion:Send an email to support@shaling.ai from the email address associated with your account.
In the subject line, write: Delete My AI Call Account
You can also request deletion directly from the app under:
Settings > Account > Delete Account🗑️

What data will be deleted:Your profile (name, email, phone number)Your call logs and transcripts. All AI interaction historyLinked numbers or virtual numbers.
We process deletion requests within 7 business days.📬
