This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of the AI Call services provided by TaraAI LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the Terms of Service.By using the Service, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.Purpose of This PolicyAI Call provides AI-assisted communication tools, including real-time translation, call transcription, and AI communication assistance.This policy exists to ensure the Service is used:lawfullyresponsiblywithout causing harm to othersin compliance with telecommunications and consumer protection laws.Users are solely responsible for their communications conducted through the Service.Prohibited ActivitiesYou may not use the Service to engage in any of the following activities.Illegal CommunicationsUsing the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation, including but not limited to:The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)Anti-spam lawsTelemarketing regulationsConsumer protection lawsPrivacy lawsCaller identification lawsRobocalling or Automated Mass CallingYou may not use the Service to:conduct robocall campaignsconduct mass automated calling campaignsoperate bulk dialing systemsauto-dial large call listsgenerate spam phone callsThe Service is intended for user-initiated communications, not automated calling systems.Unsolicited TelemarketingYou may not use the Service to:conduct unsolicited telemarketingcontact individuals without legally required consentsend marketing calls or messages without proper authorizationUsers are solely responsible for ensuring they have obtained all legally required consent before contacting recipients.Harassment or AbuseYou may not use the Service to:harass individualsthreaten individualsimpersonate another personconduct fraud or scamsengage in abusive communicationsCaller ID SpoofingYou may not:falsify caller ID informationimpersonate organizations or individualsuse phone numbers that you do not own or are not authorized to useUsers may only use phone numbers they own or are legally authorized to use.Circumvention of SafeguardsYou may not attempt to:bypass system safeguardsevade security controlscircumvent usage limitsmanipulate telecommunications infrastructureFraudulent or Deceptive ActivitiesYou may not use the Service for:scamsphishingimpersonation schemesfraudulent financial activityConsent and Legal ResponsibilityUsers are responsible for obtaining all legally required consent before initiating communications.This includes:consent required under the TCPAconsent required for call recordingconsent required for automated communicationsThe Company does not verify or obtain such consent.Monitoring and EnforcementTo protect the Service and other users, the Company may monitor usage patterns, including:unusually high call volumessuspicious calling behaviorspam-like activityfraud indicatorsThe Company may investigate suspected violations of this policy.Enforcement ActionsIf the Company determines that a user has violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take action including:warning the usersuspending account accessterminating the accountrestricting Service accessreporting unlawful activity to authoritiesThe Company may take action without prior notice where necessary to protect the Service.Reporting ViolationsIf you believe someone is using the Service in violation of this policy, please contact:support@shaling.aiInclude as much information as possible regarding the suspected violation.Updates to This PolicyThe Company may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time.The updated version will be posted on the website with a revised Last Updated date.Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
